Transform Highway City and Central Unified School Communities into healthy communities of hope through holistic ministries.

Our purpose is to work in Highway City and its surrounding communities to stimulate economic development and enlist indigenous leadership to improve the economic, physical and spiritual infrastructures, thereby bringing hope and stabilization to families in the community.
