Highway City Community Development, Inc partnered with the Cultural Arts Rotary Club- Fresno for a 1st Annual Art Showcase.  The event was to be held in March 2020, but the pandemic had different ideas.  We had already received several beauitful art submissions from students throughout our West of 99 community in both Middle & High School categories.  
At the beginning of June, we honored the award winners as judged by 6 diverse community judges in 5 different categories.  The art was so amazing, that the Grand Prize & 1st Place High School Winner were 1 point different!
