Community Advocate:  a person from a community who partakes in social, charitable and environmental activities on a voluntary basis for the benefit of the neighborhood/community that they live in. Creates actionable change for the positive in their neighborhood/community.
2 panels via HCCD currently are meeting that focus on Actionable, Intentional & Relational Change for our community that adds to the bounty and diverseness of our community, but realizes there is alway room for positive change to increase services, resources, programs & events within our area.
Central Area Community Advisory Panel:  Must live in the Central Unified boundary area, prefer West of 99.  Interested persons will meet quarterly to talk about actionable change that they see as needed within their neighborhood.  Those ideas get translated and forwarded to the powers that be to create change or add to our community through collaborations with the schools district, the city, the county and individual organizations. 
African-American Family&Students Equity Taskforce: Providing a system of family & student support so that families & student's can thrive!
EL & Migrant Student Collaborative:  Currently partnering with Centro La Familia & Central Unified to provide services to our families.
