Do you provide tables and chairs?
Yes, they are included for indoor events for up to 48 people in the rental fee

I have more than 50 people. What are the additional costs
$10.00 per table, $1.00 per chair
Are linens provided?
We have black and white. Linens are $8.00 per table to use ours. *If a tablecloth is soiled beyond the ability to clean it, the charge is $20.00 per tablecloth
When is the final payment due?
Payment for center rental is due 60 days prior to the event.
Is a deposit required to hold my date?
Yes, $200 is required at time of booking.
Is my deposit applied to the final bill?
Yes, your deposit is part of the total, unless this is a private party, at which case, it will be added to the bill, and returned to you upon inspection of site after the event is over,
If I cancel my event less than 60 days out, is my deposit refundable?
No, your deposit is not refundable in the event of a cancellation. You can use it as a tax-free donation to the nonprofit, but it is due to the fact, it took that day off the books for any other event to be held, and the work that went into consulting, etc.
What Audio/Visual equipment do you provide?
Please ask at the time of booking. We do charge for our tech person to be on-site, so there will be an additional charge for use, set-up, tear-down, etc. We do have mics, podium, and sound system for speaking (not a large party system)
What is not allowed?
Alcohol, candles, anything with food coloring on carpeted areas, streamers, staples
How many can the center fit?
Please check with management when calling. The conference room typically can hold 16. The main center can hold 100-120 comfortably with seating, or 150 chairs only. (we have maps of seating arrangement options)
Can I use a caterer?
Yes, we do not have a full-service kitchen. Please ask the manager what is available for rental and to use that we do have (ie. coffee urn, water pitchers, etc)
How long do I have access to the center?
Event prices start with 2 hour timeframes event timeframe, with 1 hour prior for set-up and 1/2 hour after for cleanup. Additional hours can be rented upon agreement and availability.
What is the center rental fee?
Please check with the manager, rates vary based on time, day, and availability.
